Rachel remembers…
Lou was under contract last summer and was selling her home as a FSBO. The contract was contingent on the buyer selling his home; however, it fell apart when the buyer attempted to renegotiate the contract when he didn’t receive his desired sales price for his home.
After that experience, Lou felt it was important to have representation and gave me a call. By this time, she had relocated to the West Coast and was relieved to have representation with her sale.
Incredibly, the same buyer decided to submit a second offer to purchase her property. The second transaction progressed smoothly and settled on time.
