Although this house was stunning, the price point was a challenge. The buyer pool decreases as prices increase, so I had to be mindful about my advertising. I held catered broker open houses and advertised in the Luxury Portfolio to target the luxury population. It sold in under twelve weeks to buyers who relocated from Canada. I take pride in being strategic in my advertising campaigns for each listing.
