My client, Jeff, wanted a home in a water-oriented community where he could enjoy water views while on his daily run. Being he lived in New York State at the time, I would perform walk-throughs via FaceTime to limit the amount of times he had to travel to the area to view homes. After a couple of months of searching, he found this beautiful home across the street from the water and convenient to downtown Annapolis.
