Corey lived out of state so I assisted him with coordinating the contractors to prepare the house for sale, suggested the sale strategy and listed the home without him having to travel back to Maryland. Once under contract, I managed the entire process through settlement. Corey never had to return to Maryland to sell his house! Hopefully, I will have the opportunity to meet him one day!
