As you know, April is traditionally the height of the spring real estate market. April of 2020, though, brought a much different market when the corona virus pandemic resulted in a stay-at-home order here in Maryland.
As a result, we saw the month of April off to a much slower start than normal. By the end of the month, though, we did see real estate activity trending in a much more positive direction.
Supply and demand drive the real estate market. People still need to move. And, many people who are serious about buying or selling are doing so, using virtual tools and safety protocols. And, in many cases leveraging the low interest rates that are available today.
