GRATITUDE
Rachel Frentsos: Hey, everyone! Happy New Year! It’s 2020! Can you believe it’s a new decade right now!
I’m Rachel Frentsos with the Annapolis Fine Homes office of Long & Foster. And, this is Moving Forward with Rachel…and Kristin today.
I just want to start by saying I am truly deeply grateful for all of you, my clients, my family, my friends, for your support in business in 2019. I truly appreciate it. It was one of my best years ever! Kristin, how about you? Do you have anything you want to say about gratitude?
Kristin Mrotek: I do! Actually, the first thing that I want to say is that I’m grateful for you! I appreciate you being my mentor and encouraging me to get my own real estate license. So, thank you!
Rachel: Congratulations!
Kristin: And, I’ll also add that for the past 3 months I’ve been going through extensive real estate training classes and I’m so thankful for my teachers and classmates. It’s amazing to me that in this industry where we’re really all competitors, everyone is so willing to share their information, knowledge and their lessons learned. So, I’m grateful to be a part of this real estate community.
BUSINESS GOALS
Rachel: 2020 is a great time to start assessing goals and we have committed to helping 60 families next year to buy and sell homes. Because that’s a lot of people, Kristin decided to get her real estate license. Right, Kristin?
Kristin: I did! And, I’m so excited! If you would have asked me on January 1st of 2019 if I would be a licensed real estate agent at this time this year, I would have said, “No way!” After working with Rachel for a year and observing her work and the people in this office, I really know that it was for me. So, I’m very excited to help you serve these 60 families this year.
Rachel: Kristin has been so amazing and integral to my business, so I’m super excited as well!
Personal Goals
Rachel: In the new year, it’s important to have business goals, but more importantly, at least in my opinion, you need some personal goals as well. Because you need to have fun!
So, one of my goals for the new year is to explore the Chesapeake Bay region more, on my paddle board, by boat, and go to some waterfront restaurants. So, look out for me in the new year because I’m going to do it and I will share it with you! Kristin, how about you? Do you have some good personal goals?
Kristin: I do! There’s one thing I’ve always wanted to do and that is to try more restaurants. You know you get stuck going to the same places over and over again. There’s so many great places to eat in the Annapolis area. My goal is to try a new restaurant every month, so that’s 12 this year!
If you have any recommendations, please let me know! I’d love to hear your suggestions on where you love to eat out in Annapolis.
Rachel: If you have any goals, please share them with us! We’d love to hear it and we’d love to help you stay accountable as well. In the meantime, have an amazing…
Both: Happy New Year!
Rachel: Bye!
