We were looking to buy our first home together and one of Mel’s co-workers said he knew a very nice realtor who had just helped him buy a home so we got connected and our home in Maryland was the result. We lived in our condo for more than 15 years and we left to retire back in the South.
Rachel was there for us as we wanted to find a place of our own and she was there for us when we turned it over to someone else as their home. And since we were moving out of state, she went above and beyond to keep us from having to travel back and forth from South Carolina so we would heartily recommend her to help anyone find a new home or sell one.Donna & Mel

It was so exciting to work with Mel & Donna 15 years after assisting them purchase their condo in Elkridge.
We all agreed that their condo will sell faster if they moved out, carpeted and painted. I coordinated the contractors and the sale and ensured constant communication to ensure they kept up to date about the progress with the sale.
The condo sold quickly and they were able to enjoy their new journey in the South.
